Would rate 10 stars if I could! Mr. Childress and his team were great. The level of professionalism, responsiveness, honesty, and pride in work was refreshing. Our A/C wasn’t sending cool air right before the 4th of July… Mr. Childress quickly came out, correctly diagnosed the underlaying issues, took the time to explain everything, answered all of my questions and had us fixed up in no time. Mr. Childress has helped use out starting in 2019 with offering good advice, fair repair cost and responsiveness, and when it was time to get a new unit he was cost effective and did great work. He knows his stuff and his crew does a great job. While dealing with an AC is never ideal, he makes it a good experience in the end. Highly recommended in the Wylie/Murphy Area.

I have used 5 star for last 7 years. Very professional and quality service where customer is treated with respect. 5 Star always presents ways to save money, is clear how long parts should last, what is short term vs long term fix and lets customer decide. Pricing is better than competitive and a fair market average charged because of superior service. Punctual, reliable, responsive, professional and high quality work. I have multiple homes in the area and use 5-Star exclusively. They really care about not leaving someone out in the heat, or cold and will work to get you going no matter the time or day of the week. It is a veteran owned business, and while its nice to support that, I do it because the service is absolutely the best.

Although my A/C worked just fine, I scheduled an appointment to have it serviced. When Mr. Childress arrived (and he arrived right on time), he asked a few questions and began working. After about an hour, I was prepared to hear that my A/C required some unnecessary additional repairs. But quite the contrary, it became very apparent to me that Mr. Childress took his time to ensure the job was done thoroughly and correctly. The cost did not vary from the quote he provided when I made the appointment. Mr. Childress is very skilled and extremely professional. I highly recommend this company.

My a/c was not sending cold air into the house. I called Five Star and they came out two hours after my call. The problem was identified and fixed quickly.
