Very professional and quality service where customer is treated with respect. 5 Star always presents ways to save money, is clear how long parts should last, what is short term vs long term fix and lets customer decide. Pricing is better than competitive and a fair market average charged because of superior service. Punctual, reliable, responsive, professional and high quality work. I have multiple homes in the area and use 5-Star exclusively. They really care about not leaving someone out in the heat, or cold and will work to get you going no matter the time or day of the week. It is a veteran owned business, and while its nice to support that, I do it because the service is absolutely the best.
